By accessing or using the AiBizit website (aibizit.com) or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
AiBizit provides AI-powered marketing services for local businesses, including social media management, Google Business Profile optimization, AI search visibility strategy, and related digital marketing services. Service details and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Our services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to the following:
• Payments are processed through PayPal on a recurring monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
To deliver our services, you may grant us access to your social media accounts and business profiles. You retain full ownership and control of your accounts at all times. You may revoke access at any time. We will never change your passwords or lock you out of your own accounts.
All content created for your business is subject to your review and approval before publication, unless you opt into our autopilot mode. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us for content creation.
Content we create for your business as part of your active subscription belongs to you. The AiBizit brand, website design, proprietary tools, and marketing systems remain the property of AiBizit.
AiBizit provides marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes. Our services are designed to improve your online presence over time, but results vary based on industry, location, competition, and other factors outside our control. AiBizit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our free growth audit is provided as a courtesy with no obligation to purchase services. Information gathered during the audit is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason. Upon termination, we will remove our access to your accounts and deliver any pending content or reports.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By submitting your information through our website forms (such as the free growth audit request), you consent to receive text messages from AiBizit at the phone number you provide. Messages may include:
• Customer care messages, including responses to inquiries and service updates
• Account notifications, including payment confirmations, report alerts, and appointment reminders
• Marketing messages, including promotional offers and service announcements
Message frequency varies based on your plan and account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Messaging is supported by most major US carriers. AiBizit is not responsible for charges from your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us at support@aibizit.com to opt out.
